We collect and process the following personal data for the indicated purposes:

4. Data recipients
Your personal data is intended solely for Switch IT. It may be transmitted to subcontractors (e.g., website host, analytics service provider) who act only on our instructions and who are subject to a confidentiality obligation.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data transfer outside EU
Your data is stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside the EU.
6. Your Rights (Data subjects rights)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right of access: Obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.
• Right to rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Request the erasure of your data, under certain conditions.
• Right to restriction of processing: Request the suspension of the processing of your data.
• Right to data portability: Receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to object: Object to the processing of your data for reasons relating to your particular situation (especially for commercial prospecting).
• Right to withdraw your consent: Withdraw your consent at any time, when processing is based on it.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
