The use of the www.switch.lu website implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use (GCU) described below. These GCU are subject to modification or completion at any time.

4. Description of the Services Provided

The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all of the activities of the SWITCH IT company, in particular as a software publisher specializing in life insurance, project management, integrator and support in business integration.

Switch IT strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether of Its own making or of the third-party partners who provide it with this information.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Switch IT is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to Luxembourg law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
